Location: Our team works both in person in Guelph and virtually across Ontario, Canada.

Fees & Coverage: Current session fee is $155/50 minute session for individuals and $185 for couples. We offer a limited number of sliding scale spots within our practice, please reach out to us to inquire. We accept e-transfer and credit card.​ Psychotherapy is not covered under OHIP, however as a Registered Social Workers usually services are covered by extended healthcare plans or employment assistance plans. We do not bill directly, but we will provide a receipt with all the information you will need to submit back to your provider. Please check with your provider directly to see if services are covered.

Cancellation Policy: We kindly ask for at least 48 hours to cancel or change your session. Please contact your practitioner or cancel via the online booking site. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will be charged the full session fee. We recognize that unexpected circumstances such as illness or family emergencies may arise; if this is the case, please let us know.

Please note that we do not provide crisis services and cannot provide support between sessions. If you are in crisis, please reach out to your local crisis line, call 911 or go to the nearest hospital.
