I work with individuals to co-create safe, compassionate and curious space for you to dig deep, explore the concerns that have led you to seek support, and learn skills and strategies to cope with the ebbs and flows of life. I draw from modalities such as IFS, ACT, DBT and mindfulness.
Retreats
I am available for private classes and workplace yoga. Additionally, I regularly teach yoga classes virtually on Zoom.
