IN-PERSON: Our therapy team provides in-person counselling in Guelph, Ontario at our office - located at 490 York Road, Guelph, ON. There is ample free parking available onsite as well as street parking around the office.

Our office is a short drive from surrounding communities such as Rockwood, Elora, Fergus, Centre-Wellington, Cambridge, Kitchener, Waterloo, Milton, Puslinch and Acton.
VIRTUALLY: Our therapy team provides online counselling to people living in Guelph and surrounding areas, as well as across Ontario, Canada.​

INDIVIDUAL: $160
CHILD/TEEN: $160
RELATIONSHIP & COUPLES: $190
FAMILY: $190
Based on a 50 minute session. Longer sessions may be recommended and will be charged at a prorated fee.
SLIDING SCALE: We offer a limited number of sliding scale spots within our practice, please reach out to us to inquire.
PAYMENT METHODS: We accept e-transfer and credit card.​
BENEFITS: Psychotherapy is not covered under OHIP, however as Registered Social Workers & Registered Psychotherapists, our services are usually covered by extended healthcare plans or employment assistance plans.
INSURANCE: We do not bill directly, but we will provide a receipt with all the information you will need to submit back to your provider. Please check with your provider directly to ensure that our services are covered.
Payment & Coverage
University of Guelph and most other post secondary students have coverage for mental health services. Double check with your student benefits here! Our office is located close to the University and is along the bus route for accessibility!
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours to cancel or reschedule your session. Please contact your practitioner or do so on our online booking site. Cancellations or appointment changes with less than 48 hours notice will be charged the full session fee. We recognize that unexpected circumstances such as illness or emergencies may arise; if this is the case, please let us know.
