Relationship & Couples Counselling

With the ebbs an flows of life, even the strongest relationships can face challenges. With your therapist, you can expect a safe space with a neutral third party who is invested in the health of your relationship(s).

 

By fostering communication, understanding and empathy, we can help you navigate conflicts, strengthen your connection and build intimacy.

We'll help you learn to approach conflict respectfully, to understand each other's emotional needs and to communicate effectively. Our team also works with families and parent/child relationships.

We are affirming of and work with all orientations and types of relationships. We'd love to support you to build a satisfying and intimate relationship that is grounded in friendship, trust and respect.

Perinatal Mental Health

It's no secret that the road to parenthood can be a tender, transitional time. If you find yourself feeling disconnected with yourself, in your relationships or struggling to navigate this transition, we are here to help!

Young Adult & Student Mental Health

From trying to navigate school, relationships, friendships, your identity and making decisions about your future - 'adulting' is no easy feat. We see you - we know you're doing your best and we'd be honoured to support you through it.

 

We provide a safe and supportive space, empowering you to build resilience, improve emotional regulation, develop coping strategies and explore your identity and values. There's no questions too big, or too small for us!

Our down to earth, human first approach means that we connect really well with Gen-Z and youth. We're here to hold space for you to navigate what's really important to you, and be on your team as you forge your path into adulthood.

ADHD & Neurodiversity Affirming Counselling

If you have ADHD, Autism or AuDHD (or think you might!) you may feel like you are trying to navigate a world which doesn't support or work for you.

 

Our goal is to help you cultivate self-compassion, deepen your personal growth and self-esteem and learn skills and strategies to help you navigate the world and your responsibilities. We see the traits which others may see as weaknesses, as your strengths, and are here to help you learn how to harness them!

You don't need a formal diagnosis to work with us - we support those who do, and those who are curious or resonate with ADHD and neurodiversity.

Child, Youth & Family Counselling

From navigating big feelings, worries, coping with loss and trauma, navigating school and social situations, life transitions and family dynamics - we are here to support children with learning how to communicate, process and express their feelings.

A supportive community is key to raise healthy, resilient and adaptable children - therefore we also support caregivers and families with skills and strategies to support their kiddos with the hard stuff. We're here to be on your team and navigate this together!
