ADHD & Neurodiversity
Affirming Counselling

If you have ADHD (or think you might!) you may feel like you are trying to navigate a world which doesn't support or work for you. Our goal is to help you cultivate self-compassion, deepen your personal growth and self-esteem and learn skills and strategies to help you navigate the world and your responsibilities. We see the traits which others may see as weaknesses, as your strengths, and are here to help you learn how to harness them!

You don't need a formal diagnosis to work with us - we support those who do, and those who are curious or resonate with ADHD and neurodiversity.
