Areas of Focus

I particularly enjoy working with moms and students who are feeling anxious, burnt out, or stretched too thin. You might be juggling responsibilities, questioning yourself, or feeling like you’ve lost touch with who you are outside of your roles. Together, we create a space where you can slow down, process what’s been weighing on you, and begin to feel more grounded and in control.

I believe that difficult seasons can feel overwhelming, but they can also open the door to growth and transformation. I know how heavy it can feel to carry expectations, self-doubt, and constant pressure, and you don’t have to do it alone. I also believe that you are capable, resilient, and stronger than you may feel right now and my role is to help you reconnect with those parts of yourself.

My work together with you unfolds in a gentle, supportive way, with space to understand, grow, and sustain meaningful change.

Approach to Therapy

Main Modalities:

Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT)

Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT)

Psychodynamic Theory

Interpersonal Therapy

Other Modalities:

Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)

Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT)

Attachment Theory

Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT)

My approach is warm, collaborative, and focused on both insight and practical tools. I draw on evidence-based approaches while also supporting nervous system regulation and emotional processing. Whether you're adjusting to motherhood, navigating fertility or postpartum challenges, or managing the pressures of academic life, we’ll work together to help you feel more balanced, confident, and supported.

Getting to know you: We begin by exploring what’s bringing you in and taking the time to understand your experiences, your story, and how things have been impacting your day-to-day life.

Working together: From there, we move at your pace, using approaches and tools that feel right for you. Together, we’ll make sense of your thoughts and emotions, build coping strategies, and create shifts that feel both manageable and meaningful.

Moving forward: As things begin to feel lighter, we focus on helping you carry that progress into your everyday life. We’ll check in, reflect, and make sure you feel supported and confident as you continue forward.
