What to expect when you start your relationship/couples therapy journey

Book in for a free consultation with your potential therapist to make sure it feels like a good fit. Ask any questions that feel important to you!

Your therapist will want to meet with you as a couple and for one individual session each, before moving forward. Initial sessions are focused on assessment and getting a full picture of what's going on.

Collaboratively, we come up with goals, intentions for therapy and a plan to help get you where you want to be.

Cozy up for your sessions and begin to dig deep. We can meet virtually or in person at a frequency that makes sense for you.
