Areas of Focus
I am particularly passionate about supporting youth and young adults navigate the unique challenges faced: from school stress, life transitions, navigating complex relationships or general mental health concerns. I also hold a special interest in working with individuals who are survivors of motor vehicle accidents.

(she/her)
Registered Social Worker
Over the past several years, I’ve had the privilege of working with youth (12+) and adults, supporting them through a wide range of mental health challenges including trauma, anxiety, anger, depression, stress, relationship and family conflict, self-harm, suicidal ideation, youth criminal justice involvement, and major life transitions. I am especially passionate about supporting youth and young adults, as well as individuals who have experienced trauma, including survivors of motor vehicle accidents.

Approach to Therapy
Main Modalities:
Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT)
Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)
Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT)
My therapeutic approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based modalities including CBT, DBT, ACT, strength-based, solution-focused, and culturally sensitive approaches. I believe therapy should feel safe, empowering, and practical, a space where individuals feel respected and supported while building meaningful coping skills. I strongly value the importance of fit in the therapeutic relationship and work alongside clients to create a space that feels right for them.
I hold a Master of Social Work and am a Registered Social Worker in good standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers. I am also certified in ASIST, SafeTALK, ASK, and Mental Health First Aid, equipping me with evidence-based tools to meet individuals where they are and respond effectively to their unique needs.
