Areas of Focus
As a parent, I am particularly passionate about supporting families at all stages. I view the journey to parenthood as a significant time of transition in a person’s life and work with clients to explore the impact of that journey on their identity, relationship dynamics, and what matters most to them.
This can include:
~ Working with individuals and couples as they navigate fertility, pregnancy, and the postpartum period
~ Working with parents to support their kids
~ Working with directly with children, adolescents, and young adults,
as they develop their social and emotional learning skills and sense of identity.
As a former lawyer and someone who worked in the university sector for almost a decade, I am also very familiar with the pressures of high achieving environments and I am passionate about supporting others as they figure out how to navigate these environments in ways that feel sustainable, and aligned with their unique needs, strengths, and values.

(she/her)
I believe that different seasons of life present us with distinct challenges and that adjusting to these changes can feel stressful and overwhelming at times. I am passionate about creating a supportive space where people can get to know themselves better, recognize their strengths, and explore how to navigate life transitions in ways that align with what is most important to them.

Approach to Therapy
Main Modalities:
Narrative Therapy
Solution Focused Therapy
Dialogic Therapy
My approach to therapy is collaborative, creative and person-centred. Using a warm, thoughtful, and creative approach, I strive to create a supportive space where clients can explore and make meaning of their experiences. Together we would also connect with your strengths, what matters most to you, and explore ways forward that feel authentic and supportive. My work primarily integrates Narrative Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy in a way that is tailored to the goals and preferences of each client.

On a personal note
Outside of the therapy room, I love to spend time in nature with my partner, kids and dog. I also love to read and can often be found with a knitting project in my hands.
