Today the world feels heavy. And maybe that’s because it is. The world is heavy. It’s brutal. And today, it hurts. Everyday feels the same yet unpredictable.
I see flowers emerging from the regrowing earth and I’m reminded that the world is also light. It's expansive. And it’s beautiful. It's light and airy. It's fresh and renewing.
I’m reminded of the cyclical, trustworthy nature of the universe. Morning will come after night. The flowers will bloom after winter. The leaves will change and fall. Snow will once again blanket the earth. The moon will become dark and then full.
The world is heavy and it’s light. It's unpredictable and predictable. It’s beautiful and brutal. Sometimes it’s overwhelming. I’m reminded that space is infinite, and that there is space for it all.
